1. Right to Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. Exercise of the Right to Withdrawal

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., via email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Expiry of the Right to Withdrawal for Services

The right to withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the owed service and have only begun performing the service after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and confirmed that you lose your right to withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

This applies in particular to services within the scope of the AfAMax service, such as:

- the examination and evaluation of your property and object data

- the creation of calculations, appraisals, or partial appraisals

- individual professional assessments and opinions

5. Compensation for Premature Commencement of Service

If you have requested that we begin the service before the withdrawal period expires, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right to withdrawal compared to the total scope of the contractually provided service.

The legal basis for this is § 357 para. 8 BGB.
